New garden

Earlier this week, Pat Borrott’s grandsons spent a day strimming the grass in the Community Memorial Garden - and I wanted to take some photogtaphs so that we have a record of how it looks with the grass cut. The sun was a bit hazy so the photographs are not that good, but you will see that the fruit trees are now free from grass and the hedge cut. The grass sed under the Vicarage window is now send up green shoots, apples, cherries and tomatoes are fruiting.

The next workday is 21st July.
