A good morning’s work which will make spring year even more wonderful. I will follow up the idea that we might have a morning in March when we all sit in the churchyard and just stare and look and wonder!
There are a few bulbs left at the back of the church. These are for the new garden - but we will wait to plant these when the new pathway is completed and the paving round the mosaic installed later this month. Some money was given for the new garden whilst the bulk was for the churchyard generally.
It was suggested by one of our number that Bulb Planting Badges be awarded. Sadly, I find that these are a discontinued line. It is all down to BREXIT, for they have been banned by Boris Johnson and the money saved is being given to the NHS. And if you believe that you will believe anything! (Bring back the stocks, I say!)
