Walking this afternoon through Paternoster Square next to
St Paul's Cathedral (where I enjoyed the Ceremony of Carols by Benjamin Britten), I met with some thousand or so Santas - and the odd elf! This is an annual event. It is estimated that there were over 5,000 today - walking on to Trafalgar square - in the rain! Brave souls - who were having a great fun event!
